With the goal of attracting top programming and IT talent to the “Digital summerjobs” positions, we helped DNV develop and design ads that spoke directly to the target audience. The strategy worked very well, resulting in 300 relevant applications and the hiring of as many as 29 people!

DNV (formerly DNV GL) is a global company within quality assurance and risk management, operating in more than 100 countries. DNV came to us when they wanted to attract strong candidates for their “Digital summerjobs” positions, but found it challenging to reach a highly attractive target group in the job market.

What we did / solution

For DNV to stand out from competing players, we needed to develop a thorough strategy to achieve greater awareness, recognition, and interest among the candidates they wanted to reach. We contributed to this by designing ads that spoke directly to developers and IT specialists, using coding language. We then distributed the ads through Facebook, Google Display, and Google Search. This strategy proved to work very well.

We have supported DNV with digital advertising for both employer branding and recruitment campaigns, which has resulted in two medals in the Norwegian Championships!
