Sports Måløy is a sports store offering a wide range of sportswear and sports equipment for year-round activities. Since the store opened in 2004, they have grown significantly and developed both the physical store in Måløy and a well-established online store. At the beginning of the collaboration, we focused on improving the product feed used in Shopping ads. There were challenges in getting the correct products to appear in the ads, which was necessary to sharpen the marketing efforts. To solve this, we used the optimization tool Channable. This ensured that relevant products were visible through Google Shopping, which has increased both sales and traffic from the Shopping ads.
In addition to Google Shopping, we worked on brand building through search ads. We use these actively to test different keywords and budgets, which provides insights we apply in the overall strategy. This also creates greater visibility in Google Search.
When we work with clients over time, it is important for us to stay up to date on changes both in their industry and in marketing. This ensures that we can always deliver the best possible services. During our collaboration with Sports Måløy, we have also updated the campaigns. As the campaign type Performance Max has been launched, we have run advertising for their products through that campaign type.
