What needed to be done The challenge

Eske is an interior store offering a wide range of interior design and home furnishing solutions. They guide customers in choosing colors, wallpapers, furniture, textiles, and more. Eske is located in Pilestredet Park, where they have a physical store in addition to their online store, supported by a team of skilled interior and home stylists. The store features both product sales and a dedicated showroom, where other stakeholders come to explore relevant brands.

Eske had come across Solid Media at a breakfast seminar some time earlier. They reached out to us, specifying that they were looking for a new partnership for their digital growth efforts. A couple of phone calls and a kick-off meeting later, we were already underway: Eske decided to invest in both e-commerce services and SEO delivered by Solid Media.

The solution

Throughout the collaboration, we have implemented a range of initiatives across our inhouse disciplines. Solid Media has launched relevant campaigns for the online store, including setting up shopping ads that have increased visibility across multiple digital channels. There has also been a strong focus on optimizing the online store for relevant search phrases, as well as creating additional subcategories.

We identified significant potential in terms of both navigation and user-centric content. Based on a keyword analysis, we uncovered specific brands and products appearing within the same search phrases. We therefore focused on implementing relevant category copy – from short excerpts to longer, informative texts – on the various brand pages with high search volume and demand. In addition, we optimized meta titles, including on the homepage where we assigned the keyword “interiørbutikk” to create a stronger competitive advantage. With these initiatives, our goal was to increase relevance and drive more traffic to the pages – which we have successfully achieved!
