There are both paid and unpaid keyword analysis tools for mapping relevant keywords for websites. We use a combination of "Keyword Tool" and "Ahrefs", as well as "Google Search Console" and "Google Analytics". In our experience, these tools together provide a picture of what your potential customers are actually searching for. They also provide good suggestions for synonyms and any other keywords.
