Huma delivers a modern and user-friendly HR system for both small and large companies across Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Huma came to us when they wanted to increase sales of their HR software, and therefore needed support in developing a solid strategy and plan for how they could best reach their target audience.

After running advertising campaigns for Huma for 5 months, they wanted to expand the collaboration by adding our SEO services. The challenge was that they only had organic visibility on brand searches and a few other search phrases. For HR-related searches, they had no organic visibility, and therefore weren’t acquiring new customers through organic traffic.

What we did The solution

To help Huma achieve their goal of increasing sales of their HR system, we worked with a combination of push and pull marketing.

To ensure visibility on service searches and brand searches, and to capture interest in HR systems, we worked with search ads. We also launched display advertising to create even greater visibility. In addition, we focused on lead generation through downloadable content on SoMe.

To achieve greater organic visibility and increase the share of organic traffic, Huma wanted to start working with SEO after six months as a customer with us.

During the first 6 months, we therefore worked strategically with their Norwegian website and optimized it for relevant search phrases. We also developed 20+ new articles on HR-related concepts and other relevant topics.

In close collaboration with the client, we have also developed a range of downloadable templates, including an employee handbook, manager handbook, and employment contract.

We find that the key to success in our work with this client is precisely the templates we produced and promoted in SoMe. This allowed us to reach a highly targeted audience of managing directors and decision-makers, who ultimately decided to switch to Huma’s HR system for their company.

By advertising in the right channels, optimizing the website, and creating more relevant content, Huma has achieved a significant increase in the number of inquiries! Since we saw such strong results from the work on their Norwegian site, we also included Sweden and Finland in our SEO and Ads strategy after 6 months.
