Falck is a major provider of healthcare services and employment services – but since Falck previously operated in roadside assistance, there were strong associations that needed to be changed. We were tasked with helping them increase their digital visibility within occupational health services.
Falck provides nationwide services within occupational health services, specialist health services, employment services, as well as healthcare services for insurance companies. The goal is to strengthen customers’ work ability, coping skills, and quality of life. After shifting from roadside assistance to health and employment services, Falck experienced a lack of organic visibility for their new services. They wanted a digital strategy that could promote their new focus areas and increase conversions to occupational health services.
Falck got in touch with us through our paid ads on Google Search for SEO services, and after a few conversations we agreed to start a collaboration to strengthen their digital visibility and drive more targeted traffic.

We started with a keyword analysis to identify which sub-services within occupational health services Falck should focus on. We then expanded the website copy to make the site more informative and relevant for users. We also created dedicated location pages for different regions, which helped improve local visibility in Google.
For the advertising, we developed a strategy that excluded searches related to roadside assistance and focused on the most relevant keywords for Falck’s new services. We set up campaigns with different priority levels and launched a Performance Max campaign that combined search and display ads to reach a broad audience. By including Bing and Meta in the channel mix, we were also able to optimize visibility and maximize the number of conversions.
