The main objective is to drive growth by removing silos between the teams and instead prioritizing efficient and frequent internal communication. Within inbound marketing, smarketing is essential to nurture and retain leads after various conversions.

How to run smarketing in a simple way?

The CRM system Hubspot is the platform that seamlessly aligns communication between the sales and marketing departments. Within the system, the departments share a unified overview of different leads, customer history, communication history, and where the leads are in the sales process. In this way, the system enables efficient information sharing, activity tracking, and consistent customer service.
